The Album Master is a wholesale company, selling exclusively to professional photographers.

Become A Customer by filling out a customer registration form on our website, and emailing us your resale certificate.  We manually confirm your registration, so activation of your account may take up to 3 days.

Pricing information is only available for registered customers.  The Price List is available for download on the Resources page.  You can also contact us directly via phone or email for a custom quote.

Albums and Books:

• Order on the website if you have ready-to-print files, or will be ordering design service.  See our guide on online ordering.
• Order on ROES if you need to use the templates on ROES.

All other products: order on ROES.

Custom orders: please contact the office directly for custom requests.

If we made a mistake: we will make the repair as quickly as possible.  We are responsible for all repair and shipping costs.

If you made a mistake: return the item to us with appropriate packing, and the repair file.  You are responsible for all repair and shipping costs.

Some things can be repaired and some cannot.  Please contact us regarding the issue before sending anything back.

Our albums and books come with a lifetime guarantee.  If there is ever any issue with the manufacturing of the album/book, please contact us to arrange for repair.  If you still have the files, we can make the repair or replacement.

We are not responsible for mishandling of the item, such as dropping an album, or handling album pages with wet hands.

We offer sample albums and books at 50% discount.  There is a limit of 5 sample album/book per year.

All other products are discounted at 20%.

There is no sample discount for Backlit Banner, Design service, and print mounting service.

Albums and photo book: design in spreads, without bleed.  For example, a 10×10 album should have 20” wide x 10” high spreads.  Keep a safety margin of 0.4” all around.

Photographic prints, Acrylic prints, Shimmer print: crop to the size you need.  For example, an 11×14 portrait should be exactly 11” wide x 14” high.

Press print cards: design with a 0.125” bleed.  For example, a 5×7 card should be 5.125” wide x 7.125” high.

Gallery Wrap Canvas: design with 2” sides.  For example, a 16×20 canvas should be 20” wide x 24” high.

All files should be 250-300 dpi, with a compression/quality setting of 10-12.

Please use sRGB color profile.

We accept both high resolution JPG and layered PSD files.

For spreads, please name the files sequentially.

For design service, please name the files chronologically, or by the order that you would like to see them in the album/book.

Spreads are trimmed during binding, so to ensure a good and even looking border, set your edge border to 0.4”

Minimum of 10 spreads, Maximum of 40 spreads.

Our albums and books are printed on professional photographic paper.  We offer three surface/finishes:

• Lustre: this is the default photo paper, with a satin/pearl finish.
• Metallic: this photo paper makes prints pop with vibrance and metallic sheen.
• Matte: a coating that is applied on Lustre paper, for a non-reflective surface that is velvety to the touch.

Our press print cards are printed on cardstock, with 2 surfaces:

• Smooth: a flat, uniform surface, perfect for printing.
• Pearl: a soft shimmer that lends a touch of elegance to each card.

Color correction is adjusting the overall color of the image to compensate for exposure and white balance issues.  Our first priority is the skin tone of the subject, and making sure that all images are consistent throughout.

Color correction is not retouching.  We cannot selectively change the color of one part of an image without changing the rest of the image.  We cannot adjust color if the photo has been artistically color graded.

Color correction is included in Photographic Prints, Acrylic Prints, Shimmer Prints, and Gallery Wrap Canvas.  It is an option for albums and photo books.

To help with monitor color calibration, you can request a test print to be sent to you at any time.

Every order we receive is handled by experienced technicians.  They make sure that they have received all the files for printing, that size and color profile is correct, etc.  If any possible mistakes are spotted at anytime during the production process, we will contact you before proceeding.

However, we are not proofers.  We do expect to receive print-ready files.  We cannot be held responsible if you submitted anything that you did not want printed.

Below is our standard turn-around time.  Keep in mind that turn-around may take longer during peak season and holidays.  Turn-around may also be delayed due to issues with the job or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control; in those cases, you will be notified by Customer Service of the delay.

Turn-around of a job that has multiple products will be the turn-around of the product with the longest time.

We can drop ship any order directly to your client.  We will ship in a plain shipping box, with no invoice inside the box, and your studio address as the return address on the shipping label.

Albums/Books: $15 for the first album/book, $5 for each additional album/book in the same box.

All other products: At cost shipping via FedEx

Alaska & Hawaii (all products): At cost shipping via USPS

We currently do not sell or ship international.

We offer Rush Service for all products.
