Please be aware of the timeline in ordering products as products do take time to construct and complete so that they are of the highest quality possible.  You can find the standard turnaround and the Rush turnaround times on the FAQ page.

All shipping is provided via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and USPS.  Please contact us immediately if there are any shipping damaged cause by the carrier.  You are responsible for the accuracy of an order’s shipping address.

You are responsible for providing the correct file size, quality, and design of files for printing.  Please check the FAQ page for recommendations.  If our printing techs determine that a file is not suitable for printing, we will contact you for new files.  Any delays that arise while we wait for new files is not the responsibility of The Album Master.

We are available to answer questions Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm EST, with the exception of national holidays. Our photos are printed on professional photographic paper.  There are many factors that influence the lifetime of a print, such as type of light and intensity, exposure time to light, and storage conditions.  On average, a photographic print can last up to 80 years if stored correctly.  In additional, we offer lifetime guarantee on the manufacturing of albums and books.  If any issues arise in the actual manufacturing of the product, please contact us right away to arrange for repair.

The Album Master is legally and morally obligated to respect the rights of employees to not be exposed to images that they find religiously or morally objectionable. We are also bound by NJ Obscenity Statues.  This policy is not a statement or judgement of a photographer’s work.

All orders are non-refundable.  If a product is received with a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately to arrange for repair.

Once an order is submitted, you have 60 minutes to make any changes.  After 60 minutes, we most likely have already begun production, and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.  To make changes, please call our office at 973.439.0089.
